What could be the reason for delay in processing of my student visa application

bsc biotech 54%.
ielts 6 band (L6 S5.5 R6 W5.5)

u should opt for PG diploma ......diploma after bachelors is not a logical progression of ur studies. I also dont understand ur program diploma in research prog? is it biotech research. Improving IELTS can help too.
