I have a friend need help to know the situation of her status:
She is a mom coming on a visa to USA, she is seven month pregnant, and have another child who was born in the states( he is American citizen), she is planning to cross the borders to Canada as a refugee,to deliver her baby, and stay in Canada. she is wondering:
1)will they allow her American baby, who is 3 years old to cross the boarders to Canada, since she will cross as a refugee and he is American???
2)Is it better to cross the boarders as a refugee alone, and leave her American Child back in the states, and later he can join her with a family member??
3)Is having an American citizen child going to affect her status as a refugee to be In Canada??
