There are ways to apply for Permanent Residency once your inside Canada.
Canadian Experience Class - In this class, you must be in occupations that meet the minimum requirements for workers with Skill Type 0, or Skill Level A or B of the National Occupation Classification and you must also have 24 months of work experience within the last 36 months. Would you please tell me regarding below points ...
1. After enter Canada as food and beverage server is it possible to change the job?? If yes, what would be the procedure?? Note that I have an contracted with employer for 02 years and it extendable.
2. What would the best way to get the PR after enter to the Canada as above position holder. Please advise.
3. If I would like to study in Canada as part time , is it would be the problem??
