Please I need your advise about should be written on bank certificate, sample format, I have to get certificate from bank manager regarding proof of funds ,But Im not sure that sample tempete is acceptable with CIU and VO.
I recieved this sample formate from the bank.
Bank Certificate with bank letterhead
This is to certify that Mr/.....hold current account no.... in local curruncy scince ......with credit balance ......in this date.
This certificate issued according to his request without any responsobility of bank or ou part.
Manager signatiure and stamp
Is this is acceptable,If not I need you suggestion for format changes,pls

The following information must be obvious on the Bank Certificate:
1. Bank's letterhead with Banks logo
2. your name and address
3. Detailed bank's address, phone, fax for verification
4. Your Sort code, A/C number
5. Current balance
6. The date when letter is printed
7. The date when you actually opened this account. If it is written by pen on the letterhead there should be a stamp i.e I can certify that this is a true copy.
8. Bank's stamp.
