My end time to send full application 2 November 2009 – Damascus , Syria
Because I am working director of engineering in Syria
My nationally : Egyptian
May be after one month my contract is finish and return to Egypt
Its better to send CIO to change visa office from Syria to Egypt , or wait until send full application , and change visa office , it will cause delay in my timeline??

If you move, let them know that you have a change of address anyway so they know where to send your letters. I don't think transfering between visa office is necessary and it may slow you down.
