Im leaving in the Philippines right now. I am planning to buy a house and lot for investment . What are requirements?
It is possible to grant the Application for Immigrant Visa just in case I have property there..
I would appreciate any help with regard to buy housing (safe & reliable) school district, any info would help. :)

The have a property in Canada does not give you any advantage or extra points as applicant for immigration to Canada.
If you buy a property as non-resident in Canada you won't have property tax residental discount.
If you rent out your property, you have to pay pay withholding taxes in Canada.
