I am planning on Soft Landing using Automatic Visa Revalidation in Feb or Mar 2022 as my COPR expires in May 2022.
1. I have expired F1 visa on expired passport. A new Indian Passport without a visa but I have a valid I-20 with travel signature and valid I-94.
2. Wife has valid I-797, I-94 and I-140 approval. A new passport with no stamped visa. Old passport has expired F1 visa.
3. My 2year old daughter has a US Passport and is a part of the COPR.
Would I be able to return back with these documents?
