Hi
I am also intrested in doing a PHd. most school i check they ask for GMAT. If anyone knows of any school in ontario that does not require GMAT please let me know. Thanks
^^^Looks you are planning for PhD in Business or Finance and all the universities in Ontario require GMAT for admission and you may not able to get away from this requirement.
welcome tinuadeadebola......

we will share our observations soon.
Good luck Zulkfal

Hey Zulkfal
Good luck with the qualifying exam. It is the exam that takes you from being a boy/girl to a man/woman lol.
I am sure you will do great.
I am not planning to do a PhD in Canada but am interested in teaching PhD students one day.

thanks dear you are right but what if the PHD was in human resource management would the requirement have been different?
Hi
I m also intended to do PhD in Chemical Engineering. Preferably in Polymers or Renewable Energy though Environmental Engineering is also an option. Already given IELTS academic last year. Now going to apply in FSW Class this week.

Generally, business schools tend to want GMAT for their PhD unless one does it in say operations management, in which case some schools will ask for GRE and not GMAT. That is true for the US and I can't imagine Canada being much different. Of course, i could be wrong.
