Hello,

I want to ask about the form 15540 regarding the question number 9.

Which Canadian visa office issued your immigrant visa or confirmation of permanent residence?

I applied for PR in the embassy of canada in the Philippines. My point of entry is in Vancouver International airport.

My immigrant visa issued in Canada embassy in manila.
What about the confirmation of my permanent residence (IMM 5292)? not sure if this one from manila embassy or in YVR.

So from your post, you are a PR - you check Yes, and then indicate the date you landed (date you became PR)
The VO obviously will be Manila Visa Office. I don't quite get your question about COPR; there is no question on the forms in relation to that neither is there a question regarding POE.

My questions is if you are asked where is your confirmation of permanent of resident was issued (visa office)? what im going to write?
immigrant visa is definitely from embassy in manila. but for confirmation of permanent resident i am confused and cant remember because
it's been 4 years. as far as i know, the carbon copy of COPR was given to me in the YVR (point of entry).

As far as I know my immigrant visa and COPR are issued by the VO. Unless that has changed now. As far as Manila VO issued your visa, that is what you should say in that box. I really don't know why you are confused...
