I am a Quebec graduate who has employment with AI company. However, I get my salary through Mitacs internship program, where the 3rd party ompany is involved. The AI company that I work for, is a partner company. Consequently, my pay slips are from 3rd party company. Am I still eligible? If anyone could answer this question, that would be great. thank you

Hello everyone,

I am a foreign worker in Québec, currently employed as a Data Scientist, with 2 years of experience in this field. Based on my discussions with MIFI (Ministère de l'Immigration, de la Francisation et de l'Intégration), I was informed that I am eligible for the AI Pilot Program under the Work Experience-Based criteria, regardless of my salary. My current salary is less than $100,000.

From what I understand, the salary requirement applies only to individuals who have a job offer but lack the required work experience.

Could someone confirm whether this information is accurate or clarify if there are any additional requirements I should be aware of?

Nothing yet from my side. Ive been 'waiting for treatment' for 8months now. How many months did it take for your friend to have his file updated?

- Had problems completing the values test as had completed this previously and the system got it mixed up, finally completed Feb 2024
- Received a message August 2024 saying there are delays, still working on it.
- Received a message November 2024 of intention to reject due to 2 documents missing, decision to be rendered as soon as uploaded and by latest Dec 30 2024. Documents submitted
- 'En Traitement'

I received the affirmation (Avis Positiv) and inside the letter I could see the ID:*** with number of three characters, is that it?
