Should i fill dates for question while filling Physical presence calculator? --
Did you have Canadian temporary resident status (i.e. as a visitor, international student, temporary worker, temporary resident permit holder), and/or were a protected person) between 2015-10-10 and 2016-10-15?
Are these dates the validity of your TRV or the dates you were physically present in Canada. The latter is what is important as far as citizenship is concerned not the validity of your TRV.
As others have said you can only claim days you were physically present in Canada on a TRV in the 5 years preceeding the application date and those days get credited at half a day for every complete day physically in Canada upto a maximum 365 days credit. So the 3 years out of 5 physical presence can be made up from temp resident days and PR days, the latter must be a minimum 2 years.
