I have my citizen application from October 2024, and I am getting emails from the Calgary department about submitting a physical calculator file. I submitted it twice, and they asked again. The person in the email asked about the eligibility period on the top of the pdf file for the physical presence.
When I use the calculator online, it shows the above eligibility period on top, but they are asking me to use 2019-10-07 to 2024-10-06 as the eligibility period.
My question is, is there a way to add such an eligibility period in the physical presence calculator? I am not able to find a way to edit it.
