Hi everybody,

I've got a problem using the online physical presence calculator. The questions start with "when you left Canada". The problem is that when the eligibility period starts, I was outside Canada. So, I have no ways to declare the first 2 months of absence. Appreciate any idea.

You are expected to declare the absences only within the eligibility period. So, start the absence from the eligibility start date.

What about the stamp dates in the passport? There aren't any stamp for that date in the passport. Doesn’t that cause any problems?

You can only provide what you have. So, just provide all the pages of all the passports that were valid during the eligibility period. Don't worry too much about it.
