Hoping someone has some suggestions...?
I landed 26 Sept 2018, and I'm still waiting for a PR Card. My photos have been rejected 3 times, each time they just send me the generic letter asking me to send more pictures, each time they don't specify the problem with the old ones, each time they take 2 months to tell me there's a problem...
The first 2 times the pictures were done at Australia Post, and I think the problem might have been that Aus Post stamped the back of both photos instead of just one. The third time I had pictures done at Rapid Photo on Queen st, Toronto, who swore up and down that they knew how to take the photos, photos for PR card was 90% of their business.
Each time I also included the letter as requested.... anything more I can do for round 4?
