I have a little issue, the pictures my wife sent (PP size ones) I just checked and measure them and the size from
Chin to Crown is not between 25 to 30 mm but 35 mm

(full size is ok 35mm x 45mm) Is this ok to send like this ? or I risk to get all my file back because of this ? Has anyone had this issue before ? did you guys check this Chin to Crown size ?
The problem is that to send the pictures again ti will take 1 more week

wasting so much time in these couriers.
Thanks for your help

I have a friend who had the same situation as yours. Her case was worse because (1) she had wrong pp size photo (2) she only submitted one photo for proof of relationship. What happened was CIC contacted her to send new correct size photos and more photos for proof of relationship. All together, her application only took 8 months. She was always telling me to not be afraid of anything to go wrong, because they will always inform you about it, and will give you time to send anything they require.

That's exactly what happened to my wife's pics (35 mm from chin to crown)...thankfully a few days before sending the application I accidentally found out about the mistake because I was checking the pics just for fun! And we quickly hurried to the photo shop to get new ones printed (and paid extra, grrr), so when we sent our application to the CIC, we sent the correct pics...

Good thing you caught that one before sending it. With pardesifr tho, he sent the application already so what he wants now is reassurance that his application wouldn't be sent back to him- which I'm positive will not happen.

No I caught it before too, I haven't sent the application yet. It was fandv topic that put doubt in my mind and just checked it.
Only thing is that it will take time to re take and send me back the pics. So I don't know if I can ask her to send me digital pics and print them here. Is it possible ?

Oh ok, thanks for the clarification. Anyway, I'm pretty sure it's not impossible. Try to ask photo studios around your area if they can print that specific sizing for you.
for those of us who are a bit confused (me)

when you say chin to crown by crown you mean top of forehead??
or the top of the hair??
I swear this process is making me develop a little bit of OCD

Bottom of the chin to the top of the hair

.
okay, so I guess 35mm is not ok...
we got 2 sets of 8 and already used 4 of them for the medical visit.
is it ok if the immigration photos are not the same as the ones on the medical visit form??
