Photo dimensions confusion

guys - I recently got my digital photo taken as per requirement on the following link. But got to know today that the dimensions are different when you're at the documents uploading stage.

Link says 50mm x 70mm
Application stage says: 35mm x 45mm

Which info is correct and what should i follow?

35 * 45 atleast so 50 * 70 is fine.

As a quick and succinct answer, does it need to be resized to 35mm x 45mm?
