Phone number of CIO for sending courier

I just checked with UPS( in US) and they told that any express packets for canada would require the
receivers phone number also..

does anybody know CIO's number?

There isn't one, so you better use another courier company.

yes few courier companies ask for this as a mandate. Otherside CIO does not give you phone number.

To get the work done you need to give the call centre number to courier people. i have read, this has been followed by most of the members here.

Please do not try speedpost if you are from India. It may take 25 days to reach simple documents to NS vs 5 days via private couriers Fedex/ DHL
