Hi there everyone.

Can I start my PhD after I have done my Masters in case my PR application processing takes time?
Will this in anyway effect my application for PR under the CEC (after my masters)?

Yes, you can.

Keep in mind you will get Post Graduate Work Permit only once, be it after Master or Phd.

For CEC, you need a minimum of work experience after getting your Master degree. Thn, how is it possible for you to apply for PR under CEC straight after your Master !
