I'm planning to get my Masters + Phd in Canada.Before I start my masters I have to take some courses as undergrad student,for a year. I would like to know what are my chances of getting a PR,after I finish my masters or phd.Will the time I worked ,as a student,count towards my PR,with the Liberal Government's new immigration criteria? Thank you
