So can i count my point of Pharmacy technician.
can i count 2 year of experience?
Duties is 100% same but i did not have Registered pharmacist licence so, i have to work as a pharmacy assistant . i am working as a pharmacy now, i can get pharmacy experience certi from Government also,.
so can i count my experience for 2 year?
If you weren't registered than that might pose as a problem because technically you are not a pharmacist until you are licensed right? I think you are better off just telling the truth. Besides, CIO only requires a year of full time work and you already have that. Why take a risk? Ofcourse this is just my opinion, let us wait for others to reply.

If you have completed 1 year of working as a pharmacist, you are eligible to apply...
... Of course you have to meet the minimum number of points. You get more points for more years of SKILLED work (NOC O, A, or B), even if the occupation is not on the list of 29. Unfortunately, pharmacy technician has been classified as Skill Level C - (NOC 3414). So you will not get points for that experience.
Hi badalpharm - dates of posts matter, because things change all the time When I made the last post in 2010, the 2006 NOC codes were in effect. Starting in January 2012, the revised 2011 NOC codes have come into effect.
It's good to see that pharmacy tech is now classified as skilled - much more appropriate, in my view....
