Hello all,
I am in Winnipeg as an international student. My study is completing on 15th June 2020 and my study permit is expiring on 30th June 2020. My wife is on SOWP and her permit is expiring on the same day as mine.
I don't know if I will be able to get a graduation letter before the expiry date. I also don't know if I will get a minimum of NOC B employment to extend her SOWP.
What are my options to stay here?

She should apply to change her status to visitor and stop working. Once you have a qualifying job and at least thre paycheques - she can apply for a new SOWP.

My wife has 6 months of experience with one employer. However, She had a promotion once from NOC-C to NOC-A. Is she eligible for MPNP?
