For only being part time for the fall 2019 (because I dropped one course),what is the percentage chance that my pgwp will be refused?

Hi,

I got my PGWP refused due to not maintaining full time student status. I was part time aswell in one semester fall 2018. I provided a letter of explanation aswell stating my grades where poor and I would have gotten academic probation if I took that course and failed. Spoke to a lawyer said it's a high risk if u apply for reconsideration as 180 day period after u graduate has passed. I have been given 90 days to restore my status. I am restoring as student again with the intention to complete a one year program. Best if you talk to a lawyer and keep your options open.
If u re refused u can do another program that's related to ur current completion of program and apply for a new PGWP under that new program..
