It happened on 3 semesters on different school years. I will reach out to the school to see if I can get any documentation.
So if it was once they might let that go but 3 semesters is way too many. Get a lawyer because this is not reconsideration. School needs to say that you were always full time. You were not eligible for PGWP.
I got my pgwp refused cause I didn’t maintain a full-time status even though I explained to the officer that I had dropped a course. For example; I would register 3 courses and maybe dropped one course in the middle of the semester of which you can’t re-register to another course because the registration is closed. However I forgot to add these explanations in the letter as I didn’t think the need to explain of why the course was dropped. Does anyone have a similar experience and what did they do? Can a reconsideration request be done for this type of situation or would I need to restore my status and reapply again?
Why would you drop a course in the middle of a semester and you did that in 3 semesters?
You are NOT a full time student if you drop 1 out of 3 courses. You don't meet the requirement for PGWP since you were part time in 3 semesters.
How did you explain what you have done? Were you hospitalized and couldn't study?
