Are PGWP still being processed? Due to an emergency I had to leave Canada and go back to my home country. I still have around 2 months of my study permit left so technically if I stayed I would've been allowed to start working while my application for PGWP was being processed. But my visa has expired and I don't think I can be considered except from the restrictions.
I still have some time left until I have to start work but if PGWP are stalled then I'm really worried. After the permit I need to apply to have my visa extended.
Can anyone offer any insight or advice into this matter?
