I just graduated on April 2018, and I came back to my home country before applying for my PGWP. My study permit is valid and visa is valid until the end of August. I know I have 90 days after graduation to apply for my PGWP. However, can I apply for the PGWP from my home country (as my current residence) and return to Canada while my study permit and visa are still valid? Even though my PGWP is still not completely processed?
