Hi, I'm an international student just finished my studies and am in the middle of applying for PGWP.
I did 1 year of full time college program, 2 years of separate full time college program.
However, I got an unsatisfactory grade for one course when I was attending the 1 year program and couldn't successfully finish the program and was on academic probation. I DID successfully finish the 2 years program. In this case when I am applying for PGWP, do I need to mention in the letter of explanation that I wasn't able to finish the one year program so I want to get PGWP based on the 2 year education? Or should I not bother? because I'm worried they might reject it if I tell them that I couldn't finish the one year program.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Did you have a separate study visa for both?

No. I initially got a three-year permit and extended it later to finish the 2 year program.

So is the 1 year course mentioned on your permit.

what do you mean? It doesn't specify on the permit what program I should take.
Is it the same college? I would mention the one you passed, not the one year. You should get a 3 year PGWP for a 2 year course
