Please advise you applied from India.
I did 2 years program and my program is finishing in a couple of days and due to covid cant travel from India to Canada .So I thought to apply for PGWP from India and observed 13 weeks.I saw your message and mentioned it will take more than 7 months and a job offer also required.

The processing time is much more than what they mentioned. It is better to apply from Canada what so ever.

Since your course will be completed , you will be out of status and may refuse your entry to canada.It will be risky and it will be good , if you apply from India due avoid any such risk..Once approved , you can peacefully go back

I want to travel PEI province and did not get the approval. So I can't travel to Canada now since PEI having some restrictions as well.

I checked the indirect flights and noticed today my province PEI does not accept the student for summer intake and they advised me to do PGWP from India.
So I don't have any option and want to apply from India only.

I suggest you to apply from India , so you won’t be in trouble..There is delay because of COVID pandemic but delay is always better than risk

Yes, my course completed, and got the transcript as well. But a Student visa is still valid until Sep2021 and there is no use since PEI province not allowed inside. So I have to apply from India only.

I have applied for PGWP inside Canada. I reside here in Canada. I applied on 6 May, 2021. Still waiting for it.

So I applied for PGWP from outside canada and I was refused because I didnt apply within 90days of completion of studies(I applied after 127days of completing studies)
I am confused because I thought CIC says you can apply within 180days.

Does anyone think they will reverse their decision???
