I am currently on a PGWP. The following is my situation.
I have 1 year of Canadian Experience as a Financial sector which is CEC-eligible work experience from my previous employer.
I have a positive LMIA from my current employer as a Line Cook position (worked here for 8 months, and continue).
My question is – will I have to work for 1 year or equivalent to 1560 hrs in total in this current LMIA employer to get my 50 points for LMIA ?

Your application will likely be flagged as potential LMIA fraud. Who goes from a financial advisor to a line cook. Is your education and work experience in business/finance or hospitality?

My education is business
Makes zero sense that you’d switch to be a line cook unless you likely paid for an LMIA which would be evident to anyone at IRCC.

I don't need your judgment. Please read my question what I asking for. That is only Yes/No answer.
