Hi, I am enrolled in a one-year post-graduate program, and want to make sure of the years of the PGWP applicable for me after graduation. I will be finishing my program on April 28 2022. So will I be able to have 1-year or 3 years PGWP. Which one of them ?

If you are enrolled in a 1 year program then you will get a 1 year PGWP.

But as I heard that during the pandemic it is 3 years, so that is not true ?

That's not really how it works.
There's a public policy right now that is allowing PGWP holders to extend their PGWPs by 18 months. However this public policy expires in August 2021. So you won't be able to benefit from it. You'll only qualify for a 1 year PGWP.
