PGWP imm5710 education

hi, I'm trying to fill out the education section,
it seems that I have to write down the highest education,
I got the Bachelor degree in Korea 2012
but I just got a simple diploma here
so,
my highest degree is Bachelor's degree
however, it has not certified by WES or something like that .
is it ok write down it ?
or dont have to do it since it is not certified in Canada,yet
and maybe I can use that degree when I apply for PR?

If I were you, I will provide the details of the program I just concluded in Canada since this application is specifically based on that program. I would probably also add a LOE explaining that I have a higher foreign qualification but it has no bearing on the PGWP application.

I should put the program I finished here, and explain something about my other degree on client info.
