applyingPGWP and regarding Education section in IMM5710e

Hi,
I'm trying to apply pgwp
I've recently graduated from BCIT 3DMAA diploma program
but
on Education section in IMM5710e
it says to write down the highest education I got
I actually got a bachelor's degree from Korea in 2012
so I'm not sure what to write
highest degree I got in Canada or just including anywhere else?
