PGWP Flagpole

Hello,
My sister will be flagpoling for PGWP soon. She completed her MEng in 4 semester: 2016 fall, 2017 winter, 2018 fall and 2018 winter. Is she eligible for 3 years of PGWP or just the duration of the course length that is 20 months.

It all depends what the official letter from the college says. Anything from 2 years and above qualify for a 3 year PGWP.

Hey any result of that? I am planning to do the same, I applied online. But I think, my new job wants it in hand. So I need to go to border to get it

If you have applied for it with a valid study permit, you will be on implied status. Contact the CIC call centre and get them to send you an email confirming this. Employer only needs this.

Yup, I have a letter also stating I am on implied status, but I am applying job for big bank and federal government (big companies), and they need the visa in hand in order to even go to stage 2 of interview.

.....But they don't. If they insist on it there is nothing you can do, but it seems ridiculous. I was a implied status when I got job with a big company.
