Hello All,

Here is my situation. I am on my PGWP and received a job offer (today) in the NOC A category. Although I applied for my spouse work permit extension in July (was not aware that payslips were to be submitted with the application). I am pretty sure that the application will be rejected. However, I would like your advice on how I should proceed after the rejection. Provided I have a job offer now and by the time CIC sends an update, I am sure that I will have my payslips.

My question is,
1. Will the CIC directly send rejection or will they send a request to upload my employment letter and payslips.
2. After receiving a rejection, can I reapply immediately with the right documents? What are the basic guidelines to reapply?

Thank you!

You should get a straight up rejection. You can reapply after you have the 3 payslips or you can go to the border with all the information.
