I got my pr approved in August but while the application in progress I applied for pgwp extension so I can continue working while waiting for decision. I was eligible to extend my pgwp because initially I wasn't given full duration due to passport expiry date.
After I got my pr approved and recieved my pr card I forgot about that pgwp extension. After three months they sent an email saying that I didn't provide my biometrics for this application and therefor they will refused this application.
My question is, should I be worried in any matter regarding my status or should I just ignore it?
