PGWP - Biometrics

Hi All,

Since Dec 3rd, 2019, there is a new rule that came from IRCC: All applicants who are going to submit their applications within Canada need to provide biometrics (you have 30 days to submit biometrics)

I know under the implied status of PGWP: we can begin to work immediately as soon as we submit the application online. I'm wondering if we also need to provide biometrics to enable implied status to be kicked off?

In other words, does implied status start after the online submission or after (online submission + biometrics)?

Implied status is when you submit the PGWP application. Saying that, I got my PGWP in 2017.

Thanks, I thought without the biometrics, the application would be considered as incomplete
