Hello Team, I applied for PGWP in Canada, which I'm still waiting for, and I left the country for an emergency last month. My study visa has expired now. Can I apply for TRV in India once the PGWP gets approved, or do I need to re-apply for the PGWP from India? Please help, this is urgent!

You can apply for trv once pgwp gets approved, you will need to get a hold of the pgwp somehow or at least a scanned image.

Thanks bud, Could I request someone from Canada to mail the original document to India as the mailing address for the document is in Canada, Is it legal?

Why would it not be legal to mail a piece of paper although of course it could be lost either by Canada post or on arrival in India
Yeah perfectly legal, risk is losing it. Use a reliable service.
