PGP for divorced parents.

I have a question. If a sponsor's parents are both divorce, does the sponsor include both parents in one PGP application or two separate PGP applications (one for each parent). I think it's one PGP application for both divorced parents. Asking for a friend.

2 sepereated applications. Since there is possibility of each parent to have new spouses and children after their divorce. So their current family/dependents can be included in each's application.

Thanks, make sense. I didn't think about the possibilities of each parent being remarried or have other children.
