No, Your income requirement for 2019 and 2018 will be 50414 and 49641 while for 2020 it will be 48167.

Also 30% is already included in that amount. Look at 2019 and 2018. For 2020 the IRCC announced that they won't require 30% due to COVID, Thats why 2020 income is less than the other years.
