PGD in International Business 1 year (need expert opinion)

Hi i am a graduate from Bangladesh. i completed my undergrad BBA major finance. I applied for International Business Post grad. diploma (1year).

My elder sister is a Canadian immigrant. She is married and a housewife lives in Quebec. I am applying in Ontario.

My sponsor will be from USA not blood relative, also showing C$35000 worth of Saving Certificate and a property document from my mother.


Please give expert opinion regarding my change to get visa.

Course selection is good.

If sponsor is mother, then perfect, fund showing mode is fine too, if they are savings certs.

One minor chance for the visa office to think about home ties, since your sister is in Canada already, and you are going on a cheaper course (PG Diploma), you might have immigration intend.

Can you try for Masters degree instead? just go there first the change back to pg diploma.
Do you have lands/flats or anything on ur parents name in Dhaka? to show the home ties?

The case is simple, I only see home tie issue.
