Personal loan for funding tuition fees

Can I take a personal loan in my name to fund my tuition fees?I am not able to get an education loan that's why I chose personal loan. Will it be a problem while visa application in showing financial capabilities?

Yes it will be. Personal loans are not accepted as proof of funds. Only education loans are.
Even if you get the personal loan disbursed and then show the balance in your account as proof of fund, you still need to justify from where the amount came into your account.
