yes you can get visa with conditional letter and I have got so. My letter also says to give original transcript upon arrival.

Ok...Like i have done my btech so there are 8 semesters in my btech......and i have got my official result upto my 7 semester and i have provisional online result of my 8th semester which is declared 2 days ago........
Like if i apply with conditional offer only then i cannot pay my tuition fees as one can pay fees only to university after removing conditions as they will not allow me to register for the courses.....SO how can proove to cic that my 8 sem result is not available at this time......so what type of docs u have attached in order to justify ur stand.......Like any letters....etc.....

You do not need to pay tuition fee earlier to visa. In my case I have the documents but they the offer letter wanted original documents and I didn't say anything to clarify my conditional acceptance. I showed them statement containing around two year fee of university, tax copy and trade license.

Means u have all of ur academic documents while u applied for ur visa?

Will cic accept provisional result that is online published result of my last semester

Yes CIC will accept provisional result but as far as I know they do not require transcripts and on my case I didn't give any.
