If you're the only applicant, then it won't be required. For your country of residence as Canada, there's already an option of adding in Province and postal code for the principal applicant, the issue was for the dependents.
Oh, okay. Don't know if there's any workaround for Outland candidates, as the system is expecting the postal code as per North American code format. It might be worthwhile to wait until tomorrow in that case, as a fix is expected to be applied tonight.

The problem continues to endure, and it remains unclear what maintenance activities were undertaken. There is no established procedure to verify whether the maintenance effectively resolved the issue or not.
Currently the same status, showing in progress even after filling up the form.as a result can't even get to see the documents that were earlier uploaded.
Hello guys,
Please I need your advise.
My IETLS expires on the 19th of this month but I sat for another test already. Should I go ahead and use Canada as my country of residence so I can submit my application before Sunday. Or should I wait?
Hi, the problem is still there and IRCC has not issued a statement or something on what will happen or when is this going to work, Just a post on twitter on November 9th saying that they were working urgently to fix that matter but nothing....I have 5 days left
completed the personal details form of my dependents using the below trick,
Use the browser inspect element
1. Go to primary applicant's personal details -> Immigration history and citizenships section and inspect the HTML of the province and postal code
2. Copy the HTML of the province and postal code.
3. Go to dependent's personal details -> Immigration history and citizenships section and paste the copied HTML below the country of residence HTML
4. Enter the required values and click "Next". This will save the details.
Now click "Save and exit" and the dependent's personal details will be complete.
Note: If you are required to edit the personal details of the dependent again and save, you will have to do the same steps.
If you're the only applicant, then it won't be required. For your country of residence as Canada, there's already an option of adding in Province and postal code for the principal applicant, the issue was for the dependents.
Hey Kumar,
Could you please share a screenshot demonstrating how you successfully copied the entire HTML from personal details? I'm navigating the process based on your guidance to copy from country or residence to the postal code, the entire pin. Afterward, do we directly paste it into our dependents' section, or does it require further editing? Thanks a lot!
I am also facing the same issue for my spouse's personal details. I was hoping that after 14th nov's maintenance it should be fine.
If anyone gets a workaround please post in this thread
