Personal Activities section doubt - Urgent

Hi,

Under Personal Activities section, after entering all the information there is a question like below:

Have you listed all of xxx periods of military service or government positions (if any), and all of the organizations that xxx belongs to (if any)?
Yes/No/Not Applicable

If I don't have any military service or government position ever, What should be the answer here?

What does organizations mean here? Does it mean company I work for OR some other organizations?

I have the same question. When I answer not aplicable the form appears incomplete and wheb I answer yes it appears complete.

But what "organization that personx belongs " really means...

Answer "Yes". It says "if any". Since you have no such services, none of your personal activities mentioned earlier reflect periods of military service or government positions.
