I have a query related to Personal History form. After providing all the details of academic and employment activities in the past 10 year, the form asks in the last question :
"Have you listed all periods of military service or government positions (if any), and all of the organizations that you belongs to (if any)?" & it has three answers in the list of values; Yes, No & Not Applicable.
Should I select Not Applicable as I do not have history of association with any political or military or any such organization?
Will appreciate an early response from the experts.
