I have received my CORP on April 7, 2021, mentioned that I need to submit photo by mail. Until now I haven't receive my PR card. I have booked flight ticket to go outside Canada for 1 week end of August and still didn't receive the card. Is there anyone have the similar case can please advise? I did not expect the processing time could take that long.....

Hi,
My card arrived after a year. Submit the required document as soon as possible. If you go outside of canada without the card, you will need a travel document to come back or the card itself .
I’m within Canada at the moment and need to travel within a month. Is there anyway I can apply within the country? If yes do you guys know how long?
Truly appreciate the help!!

you cannot apply within canada. You have to apply from India (if that’s where you’re going) , I applied for the PRTD from India and it came within 2 weeks.
I’m going to Dominican Republic for vacation, so I have to contact visa office there by now for the paper work correct? I’m currently reside within Canada and only have CORP
