They started processing mine on Aug 16 and several days later status turned to DM, but still 3 lines...means they are still reviewing?

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on May 14, 2018.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on August 17, 2018.
3. We started processing your application on August 17, 2018.
4. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on August 23, 2018.

Thanks! The CIC CallCenter keeps saying they're working on applications received up until May 8th. They've been saying that for last 3 weeks

Wow. That is frustrating. Did they say anything about it? Did you receive AOR? Did it go in secondary review? You shall call them to ask.

Mine is the same May 10 and they send me that DECISION MADE bot nothing else

Yes. My status now is "complete" .before "complete" my status was "Decision made" for 6 days

Mine costed 3 days to DM, but after that, it's still DM for 10 days...
