You should worry less, since you are saying its you left 1-2 twice from canada. Mine was lot of document , because I traveled lot . Apparently I had all my travel Journal with supporting documents like boarding pass, Ticket Invoice , Visa for other others countries . Many of documents are Colour printed - Passport , Kid schooling certificates and few are original documents attached.
Having said , its normal , if you meet 730 days and all your documents are true . worry less
Yes Primary ID although everything was there , and yes we received the card on the 2nd of Feb, and i was reading that you received yours yesterday! congratulations finally the wait is over =)

I’m inly worried because I have a flight booked for March 8th I cannot miss and I won’t be able to cross back through US border or apply for PRTD. It’s been in process for over three weeks now so not looking too good for me..

Have you contacted them yet? Sorry haven't been following along until now...
I contacted CIC on Friday (before I knew my application was in my mailbox) and they still replied back on Monday saying that they did not have my application and gave me steps to follow to track it down.
So they will respond..even if its within the processing time

Not yet, I’m just waiting for the 58 days average processing time to be up which should be this Friday. I will send a web inquiry and give them a call if I haven’t heard anything by then.. thanks for the advice, it’s appreciated!
The date when the decision was made is not shown anywhere. In order to find the date of the "Decision made" people check their eCAS every day and note the date when the status changes. The details you posted will stay the same until your card is mailed (provided that everything is OK). Only then you'll see another line like "Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on ..." and the status will change to "Complete".
BTW, there usually is a line like "We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on ...", which is the date of the AoR.
