Permanent Resident Application vs Work Permit Application

Hi guys, I have a question and I really need big help about this matter.

We are under implied status since our temporary work permit expired on September 2019.

me and my husband applied for permanent residency last June 2019 and applied our extension of work permit month after (July 2019). Today is November 7 and we got an update from our PR application — requesting for medical.

we are still waiting for our new work permit to be released last October and until now we didn’t received any updates for that application. But we did for our PR Application.

Our implied status will end this coming december.

what should we do? We really need your help. Thank you.

I'm not sure why you think your Implied Status will end in December. As you applied for extensions prior to your current permits expiring, you will have valid Implied Status for as long as those extensions are processing.
