I have been invited to Apply to the Permanent Residency under Express Entry.
I have to issue 2 criminal record reports, one from my home country Egypt, and the other one is from United Arab of Emirates (UAE) where I used to work and live.
My problem is that the one from UAE has taken too long and I have not received it yet; I applied for it via the embassy and they sent it to UAE for check up an they should have got back to me 3 weeks ago but they didn't.
My deadline for the application is in 5 days and I am kind of freaking out.
what are my options at this point? what can I do? bearing in mind that when I received the application it was clearly written that there are no extensions provided for the deadline.
Option 1: Apply with the existing documents including your proof that you have applied for PCC and it is under process.
You can send the PCC by CSE when you get it to attach with your application.
Option 2: Decline the ITA if you have enough CRS to get invitation in the next draw.
Please NOTE that CRS points are not dropping and also the number of ITA has decreased drastically. There is a possibility of reaching the quota for this year.

your score. he wants to see if you have a high enough score where you're able to decline and safely get ITA next time or whether you're borderline on not getting invited again for a long time
