Permanent Residence Visa approved, but away from base location - urgent please !

Hi, I have received my approval letter for the PR and am supposed to send my and my spouses passport within 30 days for stamping to the Abu Dhabi VAC. The issue is I am currently in US on education while my wife is in UAE ( my original base and mailing address )

What's the suggested action ?

Should I courier/fedex my passport back home ? Or request a change in mailing address ?

Have written to London office too, no response yet.

Suggest that you send your passport to your spouse and let her send all the
passports together instead of changing etc. which might unnecessarily delay
your file further.

Don't take chances and act immediately.
